What's New?"
Now that its summer,

and have an SPF of 45 or
greater.
Keep infants out of
intense sunlight for the
first 6 months of their
life.
Reapply your sunscreen
every two to four hours.
Use at least two
tablespoons.
Minimize sun exposure
between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Apply sunscreen when
your skin is dry or 30
minutes before an
activity begins.
Wear sun protected
clothing such as
Coolibar™
(SPF 30 to 50)
Wear a broad rimmed hat
and UV rated glasses.
If a skin growth
changes in size
shape, or color ,

itch or does not
heal within 2 months
,then have the

Learn how to perform
self skin
examinations and
look for changing
moles.
Use self tanner
instead of using
tanning beds.
Tanning beds have
15x the intensity of
UVA light than
standard sunlight
and therefore are
